Our CBD/CBG oils are sourced from hemp varieties registered in the Unified European Catalogue and comply with the criteria set out in Law 242/2016;

They are notified to the European Cosmetic Products Portal (CPNP);

They are not considered medicines.

The sale of CBD in Italy is legal as long as it respects the THC levels set by the legal limits. The order issued on 16 January 2024 by the Lazio Regional Administrative Court granted the Ministry of Health’s request to postpone the decision in the case concerning the annulment of the Decree of 28.10.2020, which provided for the inclusion of CBD compositions for oral use in Table B of medicines.
